A fashion fad is momentary but classics are forever. The beauty of classics lies in the fact that one can never go wrong with them. Probably that is the reason Black, White and Blue are usually the most predominant colours in any wardrobe.

Our fashionistas embrace all trends and colours with equal ease and comfort, but two colors they keep coming back to, are Black and White. With the winters setting in they seem to have just got more excuses to don their favourites.

For her date night with bestie Tarun Tahiliani, on Vogue Bff’s, Lisa opted to go the monochrome way wearing a one of a kind halter dress from Atsu Sekhose. The leggy lass made way for some body show with that waist cut out and high side slits, flaunting her slender frame in a sexy yet sophisticated manner.
Huma Quereshi
Huma Qureshi was in Hyderabad last night for the Sangeet ceremony of Sania Mirza’s sister, Anam Mirza. Stylist Sanjana Batra gave the curvy damsel a regal all black ethnic look, dressing her up in a Sukriti and Akriti ensemble. The gold embroidery coupled with earrings from The Diamond Gallery and rings and bracelet from Curio Cottage added all the zing and glamour that defines Indian weddings.
Alia Bhatt
Alia Bhatt is all over the media promoting her upcoming Dear Zindagi. The queen bee graced the Super Dancer show looking absolutely stunning in a black outfit from ace couturier Prabal Gurung. The sweetheart neckline coupled with cold shoulder and a breezy feather print looked pretty on Alia. Stylist Ami Patel was the magician in charge along with due efforts from Hair and Makeup artist, Priyanka and Punnet B Saini.

Raveena Tandon
Raveena Tandon has a unique personal style which often gives us awe struck moments. Recently spotted at a FICCI event in Delhi, Raveena slayed us wearing a sheer black top and monochrome print pants from Zara. Stylist Surina Kakkar deserves a special mention for bringing in those tangerine Aldo shoes and statement jewellery pieces from Outhouse. Hair and makeup expert Karishma Bajaj rendered the star a bright pout and blush cheeks, rounding up this look with slick back hair.
Vaani Kapoor
For the Befikre song launch Vaani was styled up Black and White in H&M separates, rocking the reimagined boyfriend shirt. Stylist Nikhil Thampi along with Mohit Rai added class to this appearance with Louboutin sandals and an Emporio Armani watch. Hair stylist Pompy Hans left Vaani’s streaked hair loose, while makeup expert Vardhan Nayak gave her a bold face with defined brows.
Neha Dhupia
Neha Dhupia is taking over the fashion escapade with her Moh Maaya Money promotional closet. The lady has been making stunning appearances back to back. For the promotional event in Kolkata, Neha was spotted in black separates layered with a gorgeous black and white covering from AM PM. The diva rounded up this desi look to perfection with a pair of beautiful danglers from Sangeeta Boochra and a relaxed low bun.
Oozing with glamour on the Comedy Nights, Neha swept us with her all black Indian-ness. In a gorgeous shoulder cut-out kurta from Payal Singhal and Swarovski jewellery accents, Neha Dhupia made for an ethereal appearance. The pretty bun by Younten Tsomo and smoky eyes by Sonic Sarwarte did complete justice to this mesmerising look.
For a yet another interview with Pinkvilla, Sana wore an off shoulder midi from Birdwalk. While hair stylist Geetu rolled up her tresses in a low bun, make up expert Reshma added a bit of a punk to this look with that deep plum pout. For the Force2 promotional event in Dubai, stylist Mohit Rai stuck to classics, dressing up his muse in a black and white ensemble from Gauri and Nainika. The outfit did complete justice to her broad frame and curves. The look’s appeal was heightened with statement neck pieces from Pippa Bella and a pair of black peep toes from Charles and Keith.

Chitrangada Singh
The sexy siren Chitrangada made for an angelic appearance in an all-white ensemble from Rahul Misra. A cocktail ring from Mine of Design and beautiful chandbalis from Aquamarine added the midas touch to this dainty look. Due credits to stylist Esha Amiin for sealing this look with a pretty stone bindi and tresses let loose.
Vidya Balan
For promoting her release Kahaani, on small screen, Vidya donned a white khadi embroidered set from Purvi Doshi’s Rhthym of Dessert collection. The delicate floral embroidery was accompanied by a heavy silver choker and smoky eyes. Vidya rounded up her look with heels from Prati Nava and a bun.
Freida Pinto
We have to admit, we love Freida’s personal style to bits. The dusky Indian beauty has something totally glamorous about her that enables her to give a standout appearance every time she meets the shutterbugs.
On her Europe Press Tour for Audemars Piguet, Freida Pinto along with stylist Tanya Ghavri redefined monochrome dress up. Wearing Ferragamo head to toe, she looked super stylish in striped separates layered with a statement white trench. The block heels finished this look to perfection.
Nimrat Kaur
For a recent Audi event in Delhi, Nimrat ditched her usual lady like dress up and gave us a drool worthy biker chic appearance, in a black t-shirt and ripped denim layered with a white bomber from SRStore. Black kicks and shades coupled with a whole lot of attitude completed this racer inspired look.
With celebs opting to Black, White or Monochrome, we suggest you stick to this colour palette for the weekend ahead.
