Over the weekend, Ms. Padukone has been rather busy and attended few events one after the other. While she did that, she made sure that she was promoting her upcoming movie – Bajirao Mastani. The reason we are stressing on this is very simple. She wore all desi outfits and looked VERY elegant!

Deepika Padukone attended the Blender’s Pride Fashion Tour in Delhi wearing a GORGEOUS anarkali. The anarkali was designed by Anju Modi – who is also her costume designer for the movie. She dressed herself with jadau jhumkis and a pair of beautiful jootis. She looked beautiful! AND – we WANT that dress! #LustfulSigh

On the same day Ms. Padukone also walked the ramp for Anju Modi for the Blender’s Pride Fashion Tour and turned heads in an ensemble that depicted her character from the movie. The jewellery was perhaps a tad bit too much – but it was also absolutely necessary since she was the showstopper. The only thing we did when we looked at her was clap hands like a retarded seal. She looked very pretty!

While promoting her movie at Jaipur Ms. Padukone took another traditional route and dressed herself in a gorgeous Sabyasachi Mukherjee saree. A neat chic bun and earrings from Amrapali finished her look. She looked stunning!
