Recently, the new mommy’s brother Nigel D’Souza got married to the love of his life, in what’s being dubbed as a dreamy wedding. This time as well, there was equal pressure of everyone to look perfect. And what Genelia did, surprised us all.

But this gesture of hers, left us with so much respect and admiration for her. Sure she could have gotten herself an equally gorgeous lehenga for her brother’s wedding. She could have looked even prettier (if that’s even possible). But she chose to remain grounded and that’s something very rare. Especially in the industry.
It’s no big deal for celebrities to use and discard outfits. But it’s a struggle for common people to do the same. In a time where everyone is inspired by the media and what celebrities do, it was an amazing effort and need less to say, a refreshing change by Genelia to send us a strong message of being grounded. Not only that, but it was just so normal. What she did? Happens every day to every one!
