Sonam Kapoor, who is playing the role of International Hero Neerja Bhanot for the movie ‘Neerja’ is busy promoting her film.
During one of her interviews, Sonam confessed, “I am very emotionally attached to this film. I met Neerja’s mother in 2015 and it was an emotional moment for me. I want this film to reach to the widest audience so that people get to know who Neerja was.”
She continued to say, “I am thankful that I got this opportunity to play this role. I only hope this film reaches everyone.”
We love the fact that Sonam Kapoor chose to do this biopic and is giving her 100% to feel and show the world how courageous the 23 year old Flight attendant for Pan Am Flight 73 was, while she was felled by the bullets of the hijackers during a holdup at Karachi, Pakistan.
