Natural Antibiotics

Prescription medicines are growing by-the-dozen every year. Especially antibiotics are on the rise. Unfortunately, some of them are less effective too. In fact the OTC antibiotics are turning out to be ineffective. Of course, in serious cases, these medications might be the saving grace, but not much otherwise.

Are you wondering if there are natural medicines available in the market? Why not! It is high time you started thinking about taking NATURAL ANTIBIOTICS (fact is, you already have some in your kitchen).

What is Natural Antibiotic?

The good part of a natural antibiotic is that they are derived from natural sources. E.g, plant extracts, essential oils, even foods. Herbs can be antibiotics too. Full of nature’s blessings, and no side effects. All you need is a bit of time and patience for them to show you how they are far superior to artificial antibiotics.

What is Natural Antibiotic

Here is the list of Natural Antibiotics:

I have “curated” the following list of Natural Antibiotics for you that come with no prescription. After all, it’s good to realize we have another promising caretaker backing us – Nature!

1. Garlic

Garlic has anti-bacterial properties. It is safe to ingest, just 2 cloves a day is an acceptable dosage. Raw garlic has “allicin” (a compound which has much the same properties as penicillin). Garlic, hailing from the onion family is antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, and antioxidant.

How to Use: Garlic works best when you consume rushed fresh cloves and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes before consuming. Can’t stand the taste of raw garlic? Then buy it in capsule form (but make sure the active components of garlic are intact and haven’t been destroyed in the process).

Note: Garlic is even useful in getting rid of internal parasites and worms.
