1. Replace your old pillowcase with a new one.

You must replace your old cotton pillows with silk or satin pillows, as it helps in keeping the hair detangled and avoids breakage too. It is also known to be a good material for skin as it keeps skin creasing and wrinkles at bay.

2. Wrap a silk scarf around your head before hitting your sack.

This technique makes sure you get silky, smooth hair morning after. For this, all you have to do is at night gather all your hair on the top of your head and wrap a silk scarf around it. Now, when you would open your hair in the morning it would be just coils of beautiful hair. Make sure you are only using silk scarf for this technique as cotton scarf can strip your hair off its natural moisture.

3. French-braid your slightly wet hair.

Even though it is always a good practice to dry your hair before you sleep, just before they are about to dry up you can also put them in a french-braid. This would let the hair dry overnight creating mermaid-type texture and giving it much smoothness and not the frizzy hair look. If you are still looking for strong, waved curly look, you could use a thick rod curling iron and get a very natural curls looks, instead of a machine made acquired one.

Before you sleep at night just make sure you are shampooing and conditioning your hair well. Towel-dry your hair nicely and then comb it into four different sections. Archana, you must try. They are tired and tested ones and have mostly worked on me. I would admit, lately I have been obsessed with trying hair growing methods. So want long, luscious lock. 😉
