Yes, there is a hairpsray that could be made at the convenience of sitting in your house. The recipe is here :

– Boil 1 cup of distilled water and add 2 tbsp of dried nettle leaf to it.
– After the water cools down, strain the herbs out and pour the herb infused water into a spray bottle.
– Add the Aloe Vera and essential oils and shake well.
– Shake before use, and can be stored upto 3 months.

You can use a thin coat of hair spray on your shoes after polishing them. This will help to set the color as well as make it last longer.
