Yes, trimming the hair on a regular basis can keep the hair well maintained. The trimming appointments could be 6 weeks – 8 weeks in gap from each trim.

This depends on the nature of your scalp. If your scalp is dry to normal, once a week should be good. Otherwise a greasy scalp would require an alternate hair wash day.
