I am taking amla juice 20 ml diluted with a giass of water,mixing haif teaspoon Methi Powder in the morning on a empty stomach.now my diabetes,BP,Choestol r under control

Vitamin c is water soluble vitamin.and if it get excess ,it flushes through urine ..
