To Use Regular Turmeric Or Wild White Turmeric For Skin?

We really needed an answer between using regular turmeric and wild white turmeric. The scientific name of regular turmeric is curcuma longa and is also commonly known as haldi. And, the scientific name for wild white turmeric is curcuma aromatica. It is also known as amba haldi, kasturi manjal and mango ginger. Unlike the regular turmeric, the wild white turmeric does not stain the skin.

The wild white turmeric is used for various beauty purposes such as removal of facial hair, treat uneven skin tone, reduce acne, wrinkles and much more.

What you need:

  • Gram Flour
  • A pinch of Turmeric – Wild White or Regular Turmeric
  • 2-3 drops of lemon
  • 5 Tsp. Milk / Curd
