It could be. Stress and anxiety could contribute to continuous headaches which might be the ones of a migraine. It’s best to keep a diary and note the frequency of the headaches while seeing a doctor.

These headaches at the back of your head and in the upper neck are signs of a tension headache, which require some easing out. Nothing to worry if it goes after a good sleep.
