As new pages are being written and new chapters are being evolved in the book of fashion, we struggle to stay abreast and incorporate them all into our everyday life. While some give us wedding style goals, some leave us truly inspired by red carpet styles. But we being Indians tend to lean more towards the ethnic styles, don’t you agree?
Being fashion followers, we have often noticed that our inspiration, the Bollywood divas opt for denim and tees with a cape or jacket for the layering effect while on the go. But their recent airport sightings resonated on the ethnic beat and we absolutely loved it. Check it out-
Malaika Arora
Malaika Arora who is known for toned, well-framed body and who flaunts it without any hesitation was spotted while on travel in an ethnic outfit. Wearing a teal colored straight cut Anita Dongre kurta with formal gray pants, cream-colored scarf, she looked fashionable and comfortable. With her hair neatly rolled up and pinned, a pair of cool shades and lightweight makeup, she looked nice.
Shilpa Shetty
While Malaika went indo-western with her style, Shilpa Shetty did a complete ethnic style. In a pink Anita Dongre outfit, she was spotted at the airport looking traditional and trendy. Love the way the diva chose to add a matching dupatta to her traditional style making it look complete.
Kareena Kapoor
Absolutely refreshing and appealing was Kareena Kapoor at the airport in a pastel-colored kurta style. Straight fit white pants added a pleasant touch to the look. Holding her Chloe handbag, walking in comfortable golden juttis and with her hair pinned into a sleek bun, she looked stylish and stunning. Like always Kareena kept her accessories zero and proved yet again that beauty lies in simplicity.

Kangana Ranaut
Very similar to Kareena was Kangana Ranaut’s style at the airport. Unlike Bebo, Kangana picked a salwar suit along with dupatta in pastel tone for her travel. Looks like the role of Manikarnika that the diva is playing in her upcoming film has inspired her to go ethnic with her style. Neutral pumps, glossy lips, and neutral makeup rounded her style.
Divya Khosla Kumar
Lastly giving us major inspiration to go desi to the airport was Divya Khosla Kumar in a white salwar suit by Kotwara. To the all-white avatar, she added a pop of color with her Hermes handbag and Christian Louboutin pumps. Silver jhumkis and Prada shades rounded her style.
Are you ready to go all desi for your upcoming travel? We definitely are!
