The audience in the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, LA on 4th March 2018 was high on adrenaline. The red carpet fashion included divas and goddesses dressed in gowns, jaw-dropping dresses and jewels, and bold (and hot) colors of today and tomorrow. You can say the Oscars 2018 red carpet showed us how phenomenally pretty the celebrity guests and nominees can look in their gowns – part Cinderella to part Wonder Woman.
Okay – should I start dropping the names now? Well. there was Jennifer Lawrence in an embellished Christian Dior, there was Lupita Nyong’o in a gold Versace outfit. The dresses were dramatic but so were the dress brands. From fab frills to statement necklines to haute couture masterpieces, the Oscars 2018 was unique in every way.
Here are the dress brands that rocked the Oscars red carpet (in no particular order) which are food for thought in terms of fashion for Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter 2018.
