Like every year, the Mumbai police have initiated the Umang Police Awards 2019 and the world of Bollywood made splashing appearances to entertain, engage and lit up the event. Here is who wore what at the Umang Police Event 2019, grab your mug of coffee and sift through the deets-
Parineeti Chopra:
While we were expecting some ballroom gown styles, Parineeti surprised us with her casual yet catchy style. She rocked an off-shoulder top with flare pants in red, both by Roshni Chopra, for the Umang Police event. The black metallic earrings and the bracelets added a boho-chic vibe to her style, don’t you agree? With hair tied up into a ponytail, smokey eyes, winged liner and glossy lips, she looked terrific.
Sara Ali Khan:
The Simmba and Kedarnath girl, Sara Ali Khan, who is now the new talk of the town, graced the Umang Police Awards 2019 in a metallic silver Manish Malhotra ensemble. Unlike her usual soft, wavy hairdos, she opted for a messy hairstyle with a beaded hairband and we love it! Smokey eyes and glossy lips rounded her steaming hot style.
Janhvi Kapoor:
For the Umang Police show 2019, Janhvi Kapoor made herself comfortable in a gold and silver Anarkali by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. With her hair half pinned, and rolling down in curls, with red glossy lips, blush cheeks and fuller eyebrows, she set out a simple yet stunning style.
While she seemed sweet and adorable in the Anarkali at the show, she raised smoking hot alarms in the fashion world with her avatar for her on-stage performance. In a beige sequined body dress by Falguni and Shane Peacock, she looked sensuous at her performance. Tight curls along with partially braided and pinned hairdo, coral lips, smokey eyes, rounded her style.
Karisma Kapoor:
Karisma went pretty in pink for the Umang Police Awards 2019. In an English pink hued Varul Bahl chiffon sari along with embroidered pink and white high-necked, full-sleeved blouse, she looked charming as ever. Anmol Jewellers were her sole choice of accessories. With hair pinned into a bun, with few strands rolling along the sides, and with nude makeup, she was a pretty sight to cast eyes on.
Alia Bhatt:
Alia Bhatt won our hearts all over again with her dimpled smile and her simple style. She was seen hand-in-hand with Ranbir Kapoor looking simply gorgeous in a pastel-colored embroidered Tarun Tahiliani Anarkali. With Amrapali jewels, soft wavy hair, she looked lovely.
Shilpa Shetty:
Shilpa Shetty’s fusion sari styles have been quite famous and while we were expecting another one tossed our way at the Umang Police show 2019, she kept it simple and desi. In a Rishima Bhasin top cinched at the waist over a pair of ruffled, tiered pants, she looked fun and fab. Long dangling earrings from Apala by Sumit, a Sangeeta Boochra cocktail ring, and a quirky Amrapali silver bag, were her companions for the event in play.
Vaani Kapoor:
Flaunting her slender curves in a printed flowing gown by Anamika Khanna coupled with a signature style heavily embroidered floor-length jacket by the same designer, Vaani Khanna made a splash at the Umang Police show 2019. Cinched at the waist with a wide band and tassels, the look was an instant hit. Lora Morakhia jewels, Oscartiye shoes were her accessories for the evening. With minimal makeup, smokey eyes and nude glossy lips, she looked mesmerizing.
Kriti Sanon:
Kriti dialed up the notch of quirkiness in her latest style at the Umang Police Show 2019. She picked a beaded Sunaina Khera lehenga, to begin with and topped it with a satin floor-length blazer. While this style already blew our minds off, she rocked it further with diamond jewelry from Gehna, Anmol and Minawala. That sure is a style to watch out for!
Also spotted at the show looking surreal were Yami Gautam, Tabu and Katrina Kaif.
