Best Dressed Celebs At Oscars 2016

The biggest night in the world of entertainment has finally rolled itself out. And we have seen the who’s who of the industry, graciously walking down the prestigious red carpet in the choicest of the ensembles. The brightest stars looked their finest and we are left bedazzled, indecisive of who looked the best, and who followed. Here is a little sneak peek for you all.

Cate Blanchett

The Carol actress had already marveled the world through her awesome performance in the movie. But if any one was still left to be struck by her awe, she managed to slay them by making an appearance this good at the Oscars. Dressed in an Armani floor length gown, she was a spectacular vision, that made me think of the sky every single time with its powder blue hue and floral accentuates. Jewelry from Tiffany and Co. embellished the look some more. The actress carried a Roger Vivier clutch to go with her.

Jennifer Lawrence

This woman defies all to-do lists for the red carpets, because, handsdown she doesn’t need any. She wear minimal make up and has not a single piece of jewelry, yet the Hunger Games star shines in her own glory. That lob made its debut on the red carpet of the academy awards, that lob has a long way to go. If I missed to mention, and if I at all have to, that nude and lace dress that the 25 year old wore was a Dior. Why is no one surprised?

The lady knows to keep it simple, and still aces all the tricks to slay at the red carpet. The glossy black strapless number from Ralph Lauren seems to be working well for the phenomenal actress.

Brie Larson

Those who haven’t seen the depth of the dark ocean, should have seen Brie Larson at the red carpet of the Oscars 2016. Because, in the royal blue dress by Gucci, with wavy vertical ruffles, Brie was the ocean herself. The hair and make-up was to the point indeed, but you need to take a moment to ogle at her waist belt adorned with crystals and pearls.

Julianne Moore

When Julianna makes a spectacular entry, we don’t even get surprised anymore. We are just so used to this woman’s flawlessness, it comes naturally that we expect nothing but perfection from her. In this black Chanel Couture, with its plunging neckline, the 55 year old assured we were right in expecting the best from her. The unique thing about this dress is, it was rocked by Kendell Jenner on the Chanel Runway…Yassssssssssss from one diva to another.

Naomi Watts

The embellished navy gown that Naomi Watts walked in at the prestigious award ceremony was a creation of Armani Privé. All I can say is, if Brie was the ocean, Naomi, in this sequenced strapless number was a pure perfect of the mermaid species. The precious neckpiece is from Bulgari and so is the black clutch.

The star was a dream as she spun around and favored the photographers. The cleavage baring midnight blue number from Marchesa was by far the best of all the dresses the evening had witnessed. To accentuate some more old Hollywood glamour, the 43 year old actress picked up a hue pair of Lorraine Schwartz.
