Asia Vision Awards 2016

Can’t believe the year is coming close to an end, isn’t it? But it’s true! Swiftly another weekend passed by. As exhausting as the weekend was in covering every event and celebration of the big bees, we got to admit that we had the most joyous time too.

One such event that got us all exhilarated was the 11th edition of Asia Vision Awards 2016 held at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Dubai. Celebrating the work and efforts of technicians and artists, the event was a grand affair. Our shutterbugs couldn’t stop capturing the heaven on earth looks of the film world beauties while they picked up their awards.

Sonam Kapoor

We knew pretty well that Neerja movie is going to cash the tall beauty, Sonam Kapoor numerous honours and titles. Winning the Best Actress for the film Neerja at the Asia Vision Awards is just the beginning as we all know. The beautiful lady graced the event in a Caroline Hayden velvet gown looking majestic. Though the gown left little scope to accessorize, the fashionista didn’t compromise. She brought along Corto Moltedo clutch and also added Bulgari jewelry to her look.

Tamannaah Bhatia

Looks like sky is the limit for the gorgeous lady, Tamannaah. In a sky blue outfit by Monique Lhuillier, she looked stunning while she picked the Best Actress (Tamil) award for the film Dhana Durai. Sparkling the simple yet classic outfit were the Argentum Jewels. Sleek side parted hairdo was quite unexpected but it looked uptown and chic. Styling credits go to Sanjana Batra.

Amy Jackson

Speaking in tones of pink and nude from head to toe was the British based model and actress, Amy Jackson. Bagging the Excellence Award in Tamil cinema, she looked hypnotic in the Ezra Couture, don’t you think? The embellished high neck top part of the outfit ruled out all the possibilities of accessories gracefully. With nude heels, a sleek bun and pink toned blush, she looked magnetic.
