The Day 1 of Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2015 was a roller coaster ride. Everyone was running around, trying to get things done. While backstage was a picture of havoc and nervousness, the view from the front row for the display of designs was spectacular!

At the 5th show, 3 designers presented their collections and each of them had their essence etched in them.
LFW 2015 Day 01, SHOW 4: HUEMN, ILK, QUIRK BOX
We have seen many celebrities and socialites wear outfits from these designers – Huemn, Ilk, Quirk Box. But, the feeling of viewing their collection first hand is out of the world.

Clothes from the brand Huemn were designed by Pranav Mishra and Shyma Shetty. Their collection was an interesting display of silhouettes. From mid-thigh skirts to dresses ending above ankle, they had it all!

The winter/festive collection of Ilk for LFW 2015 was labeled “Code 508: Loop Detected”. Their collection had a lot of interesting factors that came into play. Checkered prints, black and white theme and a little bit of maroon finished of their collection. There are few pieces that we absolutely fell in love with!
