We are consumed a lot during the award season months in general and the recently held Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards 2019 was no exception. The anything-goes spirit of the award show found its way into this year’s red carpet. Most of the artists went ballistic with playful notes forgoing glam for more quirky options. Some looks may take time to settle in, while other looks are instantly lovable. The ones we’ve rounded up below are the ones that stuck to our mind for good.

1. Alia Bhatt:
Alia Bhatt’s pink and black Celia Kritharioti pink and black dress won us over the moment we saw her. As always, the actress made the expression for couture-ish-drama by pairing it with Arundhati De Sheth jewellery and flushed cheeks.
2. Anushka Sharma:
Anushka was a vision in this Marmar Halim gown with overpowering sleeves. The actress was so much the modern princess that she went all-in with the Diamantina Fine Jewels-why not?
3. Malaika Arora:
And then there was Malaika Arora, sparkly-chic in Atelier Zuhra, cheeky bling-y in Jet Gems Jewelry and seriously incandescent-in other words, the Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards dress code!
4. Ananya Pandey:
Ananya Pandey has won several incredible ensembles in recent months- its’ tough keeping up. And the beauty she wore to the Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards was simply breathtaking. The cold-shouldered pink and black outfit was by I love Pretty. She completed her non-fuss look with slicked back wet hair.
5. Kriti Sanon:
Kriti’s glittering Yousef Aljasmi black gown brought the glamour with retro waves and thigh-high slit. The actress just didn’t bring an ensemble but a whole vibe to the show.
6. Kiara Advani:
Kiara Advani was in attendance winning the Hotstepper of the Year Award. She looked gorgeous in a ruffled gold dress which showed off her petite figure while the sleeves were partly sheer, showing off her slender arms. She topped her look off with a curly updo and nude makeup.
7. Amyra Dastur:
Amyra Dastur gave us all the retro glam vibes in this pink Barbie-chic Michael Cinco number and we loved every minute of it. Jewellery, Her Story Jewels, Shoes, Aldo.
8. Rakul Preet:
Another sheer ensemble success-the actress donned a romantic look, skin-baring dress by Dany Atrache with a plunging neckline for days. Her Dyuti Bandal shoes and Mahesh Notandass Fine Jewellery was also an absolute scene-stealer. The entire look was surreal and soft.
9. Divya Khosla Kumar:
The glam award night also saw Divya Khosla Kumar in attendance looking unbelievably statuesque in her Tarik Ediz shimmering gown. Another pièce de résistance was her Gehna Jewellers accessories.
10. Diana Penty:
Diana Penty took suiting to a whole new level with this one-sleeved, red look by Alina Anwar Couture accented with matching flared pants and camouflage top.
11. Nushrat Bharucha:
Last but not least is the gold number worn by Nushrat Bharucha and we aren’t sleeping on it. The glittering, form-fitting dress was an earnest, genuine stunner, and the actress delivered.

Bollywood Stars Lit Up The Filmfare Glamour And Style Awards With Their Dazzling Avatars
Glamour and Style are key requirements of celebrity life and our Bollywood world, wears them like their own skin. Having said which, it is their surmounting confidence which adds up to their style. Rewarding this glamour and style that they portray every time the spotlight hits them was Filmfare with their Glamour and Style Awards.

The who’s who of Bollywood was seen making dazzling appearances at the event. Here are the deets of who wore what-
Diana Penty:
For the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards, Diana Penty dressed up stylish in a corset patterned strapless gown by Shriya Som. The ruffles, the thigh-high slit, and the frayed sandals were the killer features of her enticing style. Skipping the accessories game and letting her hair roll down her shoulders in stiff waves, she was smart with her style. With blue tinged eye makeup and glossy lips, she was a pleasant sight.
Kajol:
Bright like a thousand rays of the sun was Kajol at the Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards in a yellow solid toned gown by LaBourjoisie. While the neck scarf detail, the dramatic sleeves, and the satin waistband felt quite overwhelming, the diva carried it with utmost grace and nailed the style with ease. Adding same toned earrings from Sapna Mehta Jewellery and tying up her hair into a messy knot, she closed her dazzling style.
Deepika Padukone:
It was a bright peach pink strapless gown by Jean Louis Sabaji for Deepika Padukone at the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019. The high -low gown and the mix of hues added a playful vibe to her style. With luscious lashes, crystal clear skin, pink matte lips, and sleek hairdo, she looked impeccable.
Sonam Kapoor:
Sonam Kapoor is known for her bold and experimental styles and she lived up to her title, fashionista, by showcasing another noteworthy style. She rocked a lace sari by Shehlaa, wrapped around an Agent Provocateur corset. With netted balloon sleeves, earrings from Narayan Jewellers, and a ring from Renu Oberoi, she looked glamorous and one-of-a-kind. Love the red-hot matte finish lips over a classic black style!
Shilpa Shetty:
Unlike all other divas who opted for gown styles, Shilpa Shetty chose to go with a bodycon dressy style by Julien MacDonald. With the halter neck dress, the cutouts along the waistline, she accentuated the slenderness and curves of her frame. Adding rings from Outhouse and Diamantina, she tossed in a boho vibe to her party style. With metallic sandals, side-parted, straight shining hair, and neutral-toned makeup, she sure looked fancy and stunning.
Janhvi Kapoor:
Flaunting her slender frame was Janhvi Kapoor at the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards in a halter neck, sparkling, bodycon gown by Yousef Al-Jasmi. With diamond jewelry, side-swept hairdo, and glowing makeup, she looked ravishing.
Karisma Kapoor:
Spotted looking glamorous was Karisma Kapoor in a Tony Ward Couture gown. By pinning her sleek hair into an uptight notch, and with silver smokey eyes, she looked splendid. Love the subtle embroidery on the gown!
Bipasha Basu:
The glamour queen, Bipasha Basu opted for a heavily embellished deep neckline gown by Rocky Star for the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019. With the fit to flare gown drawing out her sensuous curves and toned frame, and with the wavy hairdo, she looked stunning.
Sonakshi Sinha:
Unlike all other divas who opted for grand gown styles, Sonakshi opted for a crisp yet fancy pantsuit by Dhruv Kapoor. The stripes pantsuit with shimmering highlights were complemented beautifully with Diamantina Jewelry and classy Jimmy Choo heels. Silver-toned smokey eyes, soft hairdo and nude lip color rounded her style.
Adah Sharma:
Likewise, Adah Sharma was also spotted at the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards in a polka dots pantsuit by Dolly J Studio. With striking red lips, soft straight hair and glowing makeup, she looked every bit fantastic.
Pooja Hegde:
Pooja Hedge whom we have seen mostly in dark-colored gowns or black on the red carpet aced a pastel pink gown by Shriya Som at the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards 2019. The ruffles, the tiers, and the cinched embroidered waist tossed in the princess style vibe, don’t you agree? With her sleek hair that rolled into stiff waves and neutral makeup, she looked dreamy.
Richa Chadda:
In a shimmering black bodycon gown by Zara Umrigar, Richa Chadda attended the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards. With glittery eye makeup, a messy ponytail, with flirty bangs, and minimal accessories, she looked rich and sensuous.
Huma Qureshi:
Another diva who joined the pantsuit clan at the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards was Huma Qureshi. In a crisp navy-blue pantsuit by Falguni and Shane Peacock, she looked bossy and chic. In a strapless, ruffled, tiered red gown cinched at the waist with a black belt, Preity was spotted at the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards. With straight and soft hairdo, minimal jewelry, and neutral makeup, she caught every onlookers eye.
Also spotted at the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards by putting their most fashionable foot forward were Rekha, Saiyami Kher, Rakul Preet Singh, Sophie Choudry, Malavika Mohanan, Rhea Chakraborty, Sonal Chauhan, Warina Hussain.
