Black and white, blue and white, red and black, etc. etc. Aren’t you bored of these combinations? At least we are! With the fashion palette evolving into vivid range of colors, let’s play a different game here. Shun the classic mixes for a while and blend in the trend of contrast fashion.
Contrast fashion is all about opposites. Have you ever heard “opposites attract”? This applies even to fashion. With this trend flaring like fire, turn your outfit into a kick-ass look, by studying the contrast footwear styles of our favorites.
Alia Bhatt
We would like to name Alia as ‘The Queen of Contrast’ as we believe she initiated this trend which has now gone viral. During the ‘Kapoor And Sons’ movie promotions, the actress popped peppy colors and paired them bizarre, making strong fashion statements.

She also was spotted chirpy and naughty during the promotions in a House of Masaba shirt and Asos skirt. She added ankle strap neon green Asos shoes to her ensemble.
Prachi Desai
Looks like Prachi Desai loves yellow and we can defer this from the rocking yellow Zara shoes that she wore for her movie promotions. While in a Madison dress and in a top from Zara and Pants from Ikai by Ragini Ahuja, she rocked the look with her shoes.
Jacqueline Fernandez
To a blue and gray based outfit from Be The Circus, Jacqueline chose to add bubblegum pink pumps from Leo Studio Design.
