2. Carla Dennis:

Carla Dennis burnt orange sultry DemebyGabriella dress may not sound like your daily cup of tea, but it definitely worked on the GQ night. The high-slit of the attire took center stage, leading Carlas to dress down the rest of her gown with Hoops from Misho Designs and sleek hair.

3. Kriti Sanon:

The humongous sheer bow detail at the back of Kriti Sanon’s Falguni Shane Peacock gown was similar to what was displayed at the runway last month proving that is trending at the moment- and Deepika Padukone also channeled at Cannes. Knowing the intricacy of this detail though, the rest of Kriti’s look is fairly toned down, wearing her hair in center-parting with accessories from Resa Fine Jewellery.

4. Sobhita D:

Of all the suits at the GQ red carpet, it was the pinstripe black suit by Heumn worn by Shobita D that was the most unforgettable. Lately, the actress has been killing it in the red carpet. And to complement her chic attire for the award night-she wore ultra simple hairdo and natural-looking lashes.

5. Sonam Kapoor:

Some of the best GQ looks were a break from characteristic red-carpet dresses. Case in point: Sonam Kapoor’s Fenty pink suit and coordinating Nike sneakers. The jewellery was from Tasheen Diamond Art.

6. Rakul Preet Singh:

Rakul Preet Singh continued her winning red-carpet style in another stunning outfit by Michelle Mason. She channeled her feminine side in the satin red dress, but kept it glam with strappy heels and accessories from Gehna Jewellers.

7. Anushka Manchanda:

Perhaps only Anushka Manchanda could pull off a rugged tasseled dress on the GQ Awards red carpet. The singer and songwriter looked sensational in the blue ensemble with fringe details. It was yet another amazing look from Anushka that continued her eclectic avant-garde streak every award season.

8. Tamannaah Bhatia:

Tamannaah made a case for keeping it chic and fiery at the GQ award night in a red biker style dress from House of CB with matching shoes from Sergio Rossi. The actress looked award-season ready in the attire, wearing her hair down.

9. Shruti Hassan:

Shruti Hassan proved that black goth look can work for high-brow events by teaming her Alberto Audenino black outfit with shoes from Truffle Collection and jewellery from Studio Metallurgy. It was sexy meets feminine-and too overboard for the award night.

10. Pooja Hegde:

The actress wore the sweetest color of the night, taking the award night in a peach gown. The tiered gown with décolleté neckline added some drama to the girly gown. She wore her hair behind her shoulders and a matching wine hued lip.

Rochelle Rao shunned the restrained gown trend and wowed in a LiasTublla blue shimmer dress which showed off her curves perfectly. She teamed it with accessories from Anmol Jewellers and long wavy tresses.

12. Sayani Gupta:

1. Deepika Padukone:

Deepika Padukone single-handedly caused temperatures to soar at the GQ Best Dressed Awards night, with her all black magic. Being the best dressed at the party, the woman totally topped our list wearing a YSL pantsuit. While the sheer top looked sexy and feminine, the leather shorts added a boss lady vibe.

The layering that runs down from behind looked much like our very own Wonder Girl’s superhero cape. The highlight of the look though is the top knot braid by Georgio Gabriel. Finishing touches were given with Louboutin pumps and, of course, winged liner. Good job stylist Shaleena Nathani!

2. Jasmin Walia:

With her very first India visit, the Bom Diggy girl, Jasmin Walia, is on our radar, courtesy the hot custom-made couture gown from Belluccio. While the color looked warm, the cuts rendered all the cool to Jasmin’s persona. One word, Ravishing! Looking forward to more such fashionable appearances from this new star.

3. Waluscha D’souza:

Baring her back in a couture gown from Gavin Miguel, Waluscha made just the right pick in the sultry Mumbai weather. Malavika, to us, resembled a sexy royal warrior, like the kind from GOT. Looking smoking hot in her steel grey Kartikeya dress, Malavika moved us every bit. The tight braid was like the deal breaker. A pair of silver Tresmode heels and ring from H&M finished up her date night with the most dapper men from the industry.

7. Patralekha:

While most of her counterparts opted for streamlined and tailored fits, Patralekha was out and about embracing a red carpet gown in milky white from the label Lecoanet Hemant. Flames done up in white seized her top, opening up into bulky pleats, giving a typical red carpet touch to it. Baring her shoulders with her hair sealed in a bun, the woman absorbed all the attention from the paparazzi.

8. Kainaat Arora:

One suit-up we loved at the awards evening was of actress Kainaat Arora. Decking up in a well-tailored and fitted all-black suit from Kainaat, she gave us those bad girl vibes. Keeping it crisp and glamorous, Kainaat wore the suit with a sleek hair updo, fringed gold and black earrings, black rings on both the hands, a red pout, and black and gold pumps.

Adding a bit of the masquerade mystery to her extremely high slit slip dress, actress Adah Sharma got the shutterbugs flashing.
