Her routine is based on the classic 3-2-1 workout. She sculpts her body through cardio and weight training. She generally wraps up with abs. Her trainer Ramona Braganza designs the routine and keeps her from resting too much in between two exercises.
When bored of the routine, she plays tennis or resorts to aerobics to bring variation to her workout regimen.
