Like every year, the World Customs Organization(WCO) celebrated the International Customs Day on January 26th in Mumbai. This day is in honor of the customs officers and their exemplary service appreciated by the customs agencies. Workshops, conferences, and talks are held that focus on the year’s theme and the challenges that the agencies and officers face are also organized.
To this grand event this year, our B-town favorites made a glamorous appearance extending their support and sharing their inspiring thoughts. As we are fashion oriented, we have pooled the tips and tricks of our divas on how to dress for such an honorable event-
Alia Bhatt
Going ethnic yet trendy was the young and talented diva of B-town, Alia Bhatt for the International Customs Event 2018. She picked a black and white embroidery overloaded Anita Dongre outfit for the event. With rusted silver Amrapali earrings, a small black bindi, stiff wavy hairdo, and matte finished lips, she left us spellbound. Styled by Ami Patel and Sanjay Kumar Dauhaliya, like always Alia was bright, simple and beautiful.
Anushka Sharma
Amidst the cold winter, Anushka Sharma shone bright and sunny in a yellow number at the International Custom’s Event 2018. Richly embroidered and perfectly tailored to compliment her tender frame was the outfit from Anita Dongre Pink City label. With dangling Jet Gems earrings, neatly pinned updo, a bindi, and red matte finished lips, she was drop-dead gorgeous. Styling credits go to Allia Al Rufai.
Sridevi
The glamorous diva, Sridevi shone bright like a diamond at the International Custom’s Event 2018 in a Dolly J Studio outfit. Sparking up her style like a firecracker were the Anmol Jewellers earrings and Bhumika Grover potli bag. Luscious lashes, kohl defined eyes, glossy lips and straight soft hairdo rounded her style. Sushmita Sen
As much as we love the white and gold color fusion, equally rich and elegant is the black and white color mix. Showcasing this rich trend in Sabyasachi label was Sushmita Sen at the Customs event 2018. Bronze toned makeup and wavy hairdo rounded her style well.
