In its 23rd year currently, this party begins even before stars take to the Oscar’s stage and extends into a post Oscar party for celebrities to enjoy the celebrations and for the winners to share their moment of pride. While some celebrities never make it to the Dolby Theaters in LA, the divas who do switch from their red carpet gowns and slip into their stylish party demeans to enjoy the biggest night from the movies.

At the Vanity Fair Oscars Party, Priyanka dressed up mystic in a black ruffled Michael Kors gown. The sequin overdose paired with that plunging neckline looked breathtaking.
