With toned abs making way to toned arms, flaunting shoulders is officially the new cool. This spring summer rage is already beginning to evolve into its fall avatar.
Our tinsel town fashionistas are going bare shoulders almost everywhere carrying the trend quite gracefully into their Autumn/Winter wardrobes. Getting you all the inspiration, on how to bare your shoulders this season from the trendsetters themselves we rounded up 10 of our favorites from the latest celeb spotting’s.
Vaani Kapoor
Vaani Kapoor or the Kareena Kapoor-look-alike is stirring up Bollywood, the censor board in particular with her befikra attitude.
On stalking Vaani’s promotional wardrobe we realized her love for off-shoulder dresses. The girl is using every chance to show off her broad toned shoulders with much pride and a lot of oomph.
The trailer launch of Befikre in Paris was a grand affaire and Vaani surely dressed up well for her big day. With ace designer and stylist Nikhil Thampi and Mohit Rai at the helm, Vaani wore a navy blue off-shoulder gown from Parisian couturier Alexis Mabille. The belted waist and a high front slit surely gave the star an edgy look. She jeweled up her ensemble with a Bvlgari Serpentine bracelet and Aperlai heels. Indeed, a slayer performance.
While traversing France, the lady gave us a yet another stunning look. Dressed in a black Ferragamo dress with feather accents ruling the escapade Vaani made for a showstopper appearance. Adding some more height to this leggy lass were a pair of Louboutins. Another killer one from stylist Nikhil Thampi and Mohit Rai. With her tresses let loose and minimalist make up, Vaani Kapoor vowed us with this one.
The October issue of Bazaar Bride is lined with steaming photos of Vaani Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. In one of the frames, we spotted Vaani wearing a white tube dress with a lace halter bodice from the famed international label Oscar de la Renta. Bazaar Bride’s senior stylist Ana Bhatt styled her pristine white look with Amrapali earrings, ring and cuff and a pretty corsage from Abbi Walsh. We are already hooting for Vaani.

Shraddha Kapoor
We made a short trip to Dubai with Shraddha Kapoor’s Instagram account. The lady was in Dubai recently for her sister’s wedding. With her binging on the bare shoulder trend for two of the functions we totally gauged Shraddha’s love for this trending element.
For the mehendi, the Rock On star looked fresh in a red chanderi kurta topped with a Dibbi fringe cold-shoulder jacket from designer Arpita Mehta. Celebrity stylist Sanam Ratansi put together the outfit brilliantly pairing it with chicest earrings from Amrapali and a golden clutch from Michael Kors.
On the D-Day, Shraddha dressed up the classy way in a bottle green detached sleeve gown from label Rutu Neeva. The cut out sleeves and that trail surely gave us a royal wedding vibe. Shraddha accessorized her bare neck with a beautiful pearl necklace and earrings fusing in an Indian touch to her contemporary look. She completed her look with a black clutch from Chanel and a neat pony to ensure her shoulders did all the talking.
Soha Ali Khan
Soha Ali Khan personifies elegance. Having inherited the royal Pataudi genes, this woman does sophistication par excellence.
Soha along with Neha Dhupia were the guests on the latest episode of The Kapil Sharma Show. To dress up for the show Soha turned to stylist Neha Bijlaney for expert advice. The chosen outfit was a gorgeous off shoulder, scarlet red, crushed silk ensemble from Natasha Dalal Label. We heart that embellished off shoulder bodice with intricate embroidery. A dose of twinkle with jewelry pieces from Minerali elevated this look to a level higher.
Jacqueline Fernandez
Jacqueline has always been a trendsetter. With the bare shoulder trend catching up, Jacqueline was also spotted wearing the trend recently.
For her appearance at the famous celebrity dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, the lady dressed up in a yellow halter number from designer Swapnil Shinde. Jacqueline with those killer arms bared her shoulders for her gazers. A ring from Isharya accessorized the outfit just right. Stylist Shaleena Nathani along with ace make-up artist Mickey Contractor and hairstylist Priyanka shared the credit for creating this stunning look for Jacqueline.
Malaika Arora Khan
Malaika slayed us with her recent ultra-glamorous look. Wearing off-white, off-shoulder poplin blouse paired with a pair of deconstructed silk high waist pants from Ayesha Depala, Malaika Arora gave us all the inspiration to wear our off-shoulder shirt with a twist.
The bombshell was styled by the very talented Maneka Harisinghi. Black peeps from Louboutin, a studded hair band coupled with a low bun and a plum pout completed this power look of the diva. We are still gasping over this one.
Jahanvi Kapoor
This newbie is already setting a benchmark for debutantes with her on-point fashion fame. Shutterbugs caught her at the airport and she definitely did not disappoint them. Sridevi and Boney Kapoors daughter Jahanvi, sported a relaxed airport look for jet setting out of Mumbai.
To be on point with the trending fashion, Jahanvi opted to wear a cream cut-out shoulder knitted top with a pair of flared denims. We have to admit we are totally crushing on her tee and are already looking to wear a similar cut out to amp up our routine style. Completing her flying look was a perfect handbag from Hermes.
