Celebs at Emmys 2017 Red Carpet
Hollywood biggest celebs came dressed last Sunday night, dominating the Emmys carpet with sophisticated mermaid silhouettes, vivid embellished gowns and elegant suits. Though few of the looks weren’t as stunning as others, at the Emmys red carpet, there were way more winners than losers this year. And if we were to line them up, this is how the queue would look.

Issa Rae

In all my awkward, black years I never imagined I’d be a @COVERGIRL! SO honored & SO excited.” She tweeted a few days ago. We couldn’t find anything that’s awkward about this red carpet look, Issa. The actress’s Vera Wang gown has us pondering if we must go red over white while saying “yes” to the American designer’s very Emmy appropriate dresses as we are totally mesmerized by the sleeve pattern of this single shoulder gown.

Anna Chlumsky

This year’s red carpets saw a strong liquid metallic trend and we don’t hear anyone complaining. In fact we held our breath as “The End of the Tour” actress walked on reflecting light through her multi-tone custom Sachi and Babi gown. We love how the shoulder strap of the gown matches her golden locks and the plunging neckline does justice to Anna’s glorious assets.

Millie Bobby Brown

Here we are struggling to decide if we love the 13 year old’s Calvin Klein by Appointment poofy princess dress or do we want those studded kitten heels in our lives right now. It’s a wonder that she’s just 13 and yet so elegant with her choice of clothing, she can give any grown celeb a run for their money with this kind of confidence.

Elisabeth Moss

Have to admit that her fashion game has come a long way since her appearance at the very award show last year. This strapless Prabal Gurung gown in baby pink is such a refreshing break from the highlighter pink number from Emmys 2016. Going by the ‘less is more’ mantra, the actress rounded up the look with matching bellies and tiny ear cuffs for accessories.

Priyanka Chopra

Balmain looks have become so synonymous to the Kardashian-Jenner clan, that we actually spare a second look to make sure it’s someone other than a member of the reality TV family. This time it was South Asian beauty Priyanka Chopra that showed the world how to rock a feathered gown and we can’t help but say, even the Kardashians can take a lesson or two from the Quantico actress.

Nicole Kidman

Missing some old Hollywood glam? You may always trust Nicole Kidman to bring some of that glaze to the red carpet every single time. She walked in like a dream in this ankle-length Calvin Klein by Appointment and we cannot begin to describe how spellbinding she looks in this scarlet flared number. She ditched neck accessories and the silver strap of the gown did the trick, but made sure to pick some dazzling bracelet to round up the look.

Shailene Woodley

The ‘Big Little Lies’ star was all youthful in her bottle green Ralph Lauren gown. While most stars go for the studded ensembles, the blonde beauty picked an unembellished velvet attire and still manages to shine through. Shailene kept her make up minimal and let the golden locks frame her soft face.

Tessa Thompson

Literally a multi-colored dream – that is how we define the beauty that Tessa Thompson is in this vibrant Rosie Assoulin dress. All this while we associate metallic with bronze, silver and gold; rose gold at best. But that’s a tale of yesterday before the actress demonstrated how you wear metallic in every single color on the Rainbow. The halter neck cancelled the need of any neckpiece, and her stylist did a perfect job of keeping the hair sleek and wet.

So folks, that’s all from the Emmy’s Red Carpet. Keep an eye on this space to stay updated with all that fashion and style that tread down the red carpets in Bollywood and Hollywood year on year.
