Bollywood Fashion Is In Peace Mode With White Outfits Ruling It

It is no big secret that whites are a summer-favorite and are often picked as they render a cool, refreshing vibe. We all love our whites and we all have our own way of styling it, don’t we? For some it is a white tee over a pair of denim, for others, it is a white summer gown, but Bollywood stretched the white play card a bit more and tossed in a few inspiring styles this week.

From elegant, classy events to casual appearances, from sequins to monochromes, Bollywood did it all in white and it is time for some true inspiration, don’t you agree? Yes! Then dive in for crunchy cues-

Bollywood In Whites:

Parineeti Chopra:

Namastey England promotions finally are on and we find the leading lady, Parineeti Chopra making her first appearance at the promotions. Summer and whites jibe together and while we were expecting easy-breezy gowns in white, Parineeti rolled out a crisp white pantsuit style. In a Zara pantsuit over a black crop top, with the layered necklace, smokey eyes, winged liner and gel-set hair, she looked remarkable with her fashion game on point.

Janhvi Kapoor:

Now that the Dhadak trailer is out, Janhvi Kapoor is in the limelight and our glam cam squad is buzzing around the beauty, capturing the best of her styles while promoting the film. One of her styles that we loved was of the ethnic genre, in a white with florals Sukriti and Aakriti outfit. The subtle floral work with white being the prominent and flowing texture of the outfit added a sweet elegance to the diva. Jewels from Amrapali and Azotiique accompanied her white summery style. Matte-finished lips and winged liner bringing the beauty to her hazelnut eyes and with braided half-pinned wavy hair, she looked fab!

Disha Patani:

Disha Patani graced the Garnier event during the week looking dressy in a crisp white outfit. In a full zipper front open Jitrois outfit, she flaunted her slender mien. Trinkets from Isharya and Anmol Jewellers were Disha’s style companions for the event in play. While we were expecting a pair of nude sandals, the diva surprised us by opting for gray-toned Monrow shoes. Green eye makeup, glossy lips and wavy hair, she was exceptionally good.

Kajol:

Doing a classic school-girl style in white was Kajol at the Olay event. Unlike other divas who have opted for florals with whites, black and white, and many more, Kajol opted for a monochrome style in Nikhil Thampi label. Complementing the slender black belt of the outfit were her choice of Jimmy Choo sandals. Adding sparkling Shivan & Narresh earrings and Kaj Fine Jewelry ring, Kajol did the summer white style with perfection.

Neha Dhupia:

At the launch of Manish Malhotra tutorial series, lending her support to the designer was Neha Dhupia in an outfit by the designer himself. In a white and dull golden satin lining, she looked sequin-loaded. The embellishments-rich dupatta in white was the striking feature of the outfit, adding volume and charm to the diva’s style. With wavy side-swept hair, subtle blush-toned makeup, she was gorgeous.

Malaika Arora:

Besides Neha, one other diva that was spotted at the launch of Manish Malhotra’s teaching tutorials was Malaika Arora, in a sequined white and silver jumpsuit. The pleated flowing fabric, the belt, and the wrap around the finish of the outfit made the jumpsuit look one of its kind and we love it. With her hair pinned into a pony and with bare minimum makeup and accessories, she looked lovely.

Malaika was also spotted doing a monochrome style in white while out and about in the city. She paired her white separates with a graphic Gucci clutch and Louboutin pumps to dice in some color and style. Looks like Malaika has decided to make peace with summers this year with her whites.
