But a large part of Shilpa Shetty’s fitness is her formula of eating sufficient amount of the right things and saving indulgences for the week. Her glorious tip has always been “Control your portion size and stop snacking between meals”. Makes sense!

- Before breakfast: Amla juice, a glass of coconut water and Papaya slices.
- Breakfast: Raisin-filled Porridge, a banana or two eggs, a cup of tea.
- Lunch: Protein (in the form of fish, 2 eggs in the form of egg burj, dal) + vegetables + quinoa (in a roti or in pure form), Buttermilk or yoghurt, and a piece of jaggery.
- Evening: A glass of slim dahi buttermilk, boiled sprouts or a turkey and egg sandwich, a cup of tea with brown sugar.
- Dinner: Clear soup, stir fried vegetables or palak omelet, salmon steak.
Sunday being her Cheat Day, you will find Shilpa feasting on bhajiyas, batata wada, biryani and rasgullas.

Getting back into shape after her pregnancy was a tall task. After the first delivery of Viaan, Shilpa could barely do 10 crunches and was unable to run for more than 2 minutes. But where there is a will, there is a way.
Shilpa started doing light workouts such as cycling, walking under the guidance of her fitness trainer Vinod Channa for 15-20 minutes thrice a week. She then gradually increased the time spent and the intensity of workouts. This made her lose 20kgs within 10 months post delivery.
While she was nursing her baby, Shilpa consumed 2200 calories on a daily basis comprising of low carbohydrates, high protein foods.
Healthy Processed Food Choices Of Shilpa Shetty
Almond milk: Since almond milk is free from sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and other artificial ingredients, it nourishes you with plenty of vitamins such as Vitamin B12, calcium, vitamin D, dairy milk.
