  • Water- 3 cups
  • Steel cut or rolled oatmeal- 1/4 cup
  • Liquid castile soap- 1/4 cup

How to prepare:

  • Place the oatmeal in a glass bowl.

  • Distilled water- 6 cups
  • Shea butter soap- 1/2 bar

  • First, roughly chop the soap bar and blend well to make a fine powder.
  • Now put the soap powder and distilled water in a pot and heat it on medium heat till the soap melts. Keep stirring it gently.
  • Once the soap has melted, add coconut oil and allow it to melt as well.
  • In a separate bowl, make a thick slurry of bentonite clay with some cold water.
  • Add the clay slurry slowly and stir well till everything has blended well.

How to prepare:

  • Grate the Dove soap bars into a bowl using the cheese grater.

  • Add simmering water to it and mix well with a wooden spoon.
