Zee Apsara Awards 2017 that recently took place literally brought the apsaras of South film industry onto one platform. Spotting the south divas flaunting their fashion and style on the red carpet was a truly delightful vision.
We have thoroughly enjoyed unravelling the mysteries of their fashion and are happy to present them to you-
Surabhi
The lovely actress, Surabhi chose to play the sweet and adorable in a soft pink Archana Rao sari. The high-low sari, the white belt was quite intriguing and fascinating features, to begin with. With vintage hair bun, glittery eyes, matte pink makeup, she looked stunning like a star. Indrakshi, the stylist chose to go bare minimum with accessories on the diva and that idea didn’t hamper Surabhi’s style.
Nora Fatehi
The Manohari girl from Baahubali chose to flaunt her chiselled collar line and toned abs in a breath-taking Payal Singhal lehenga choli. A beaded clutch in white, minimal accessories approach and straight hairdo falling off her shoulders closed her look perfectly.
Mehreen Pirzada
An off-shoulder cape style maxi dress with block prints from Siddhartha Bansal worked like a charm on Mehreen. While we were expecting a loud, bold statement neck piece, the diva surprised us by skipping it and balancing the look with over-sized earrings. With hair tied into a neat ponytail and with subtle pink blush, she looked refreshing and trendy. Styling credits go to Shweta Malpani.
Anasuya
The anchor and actress, Anasuya impressed us like always with her fashion game. The Samant Chauhan outfit with the asymmetrical hemline and the red satin band across the shoulders was fairly overwhelming but the diva carried it with utmost grace and beauty. With nude pumps and sleek ponytail, she looked gorgeous.
Shriya Saran
Shimmering and glamorous was Shriya at the Zee Apsara Awards 2017 in a Russian designer Valentin Yudakshin outfit. The ruffles, the body-con feature and the thigh-high slit was tailored to bring out the best of the diva. With the messy bun, matte lips, bronzed cheeks and smokey eyes, she played an ace party style. Archa Mehta and Mahima Shukla teamed up as stylists to work out this extravagant feature on Shriya.

Rakul Preet Singh
In a well-blended pastel and floral outfit from AM: PM fashion label, Rakul Preet looked like a bunch of flowers. The floral embroidered jacket totally made the look. Silver earrings with pearls embedded in it were her choice of accessory for the outfit. Neatly done hair bun, matte lips and no-makeup look defined her beauty splendidly.
Hansika Motwani
Like a princess out of a fairytale, Hansika glided onto the red carpet of Zee Apsara Awards 2017 in a pastel shade Manish Malhotra outfit. Gehna sparkling pieces complemented her look wonderfully. Sleek hairdo and nude makeup looked good on her.
