Shilpa Shetty is giving us some serious envy with her Super Dancer wardrobe. After winning hearts on the silver screen, the lady is now wooing the small screen viewers with her charismatic persona, as the co-judge of a dance reality show currently airing on Sony. Since her very first day on the sets of Super Dancer the lady set a firm foot as far as dressing up was concerned.
While we have always been a fan of Shilpa’s dance, we have to admit, that the super star is solely responsible for the entire glam quotient on the sets of the Super Dancer show.
Over these few weeks, Shilpa has yet again proved that she is one of the most versatile fashionistas of Bollywood, who can carry both Indian and Western looks with equal ease and panache.
Here is a quick recap of all the glamorous moments on Super Dancer, courtesy Shilpa Shetty.
In Deepankshia And Reena
Shilpa looked dainty in a body con from Deepankshia and Reena. Shilpa carried the dual toned blue dress from their Pret line with much poise. Shilpa’s style advisor, Sanjana Batra elevated the look with jewellery pieces from Isharya and Minerali. With a glowing face and tresses pulled back in a half hair updo, Shilpa looked all set for her long shoot day.
In Payal Khandwala
Shilpa Shetty Kundra inspired us to fuse ethnic and western elements carrying a fusion look from the house of Payal Khandwala. For one of the most recent episodes of Super Dancer, stylist Sanjana Batra styled up her muse in a metallic shirt paired with a gorgeous red lehenga. The green layering added a bit of that royal touch to the ensemble. The shine on the shirt complimented the intricate embroidered panels to perfection creating a balanced fusion look. A heavy necklace from Amrapali, Curio Cottage cuff and Aquamarine rings played perfect accompaints. Shilpa sealed this look with a neat ponytail.
In Manish Malhotra
Shilpa Shetty plus Manish Malhotra equals deadliness. Looking super stylish in B-Towns favourite designer, Shilpa Shetty can rock a saree better than most of the reigning queens of Bollywood. The nude saree paired with an uber chic blouse is a staple of Manish Malhotra. The off shoulder blouse with ruby embroidery added all the bling and persona to the six yards of simplicity. Kudos to stylist Sanjana Batra for sealing this look with an elegant side parted bun with the gajra adding to the Indian-ness of this appearance.
In Karn Malhotra
With metallic’s taking over the fashion escapade, how could Shilpa Shetty not wear the trend? Sanjana Batra turned her style cells on and dressed her muse for a perfect disco night in a metallic ivory jumpsuit from Karn Malhotra. Taking the look to the next level were Minerali earrings and Aurelle by Leshna Shah rings.
In Anamika Khanna
Shilpa redefined our ethnic wear goals just ahead of the festive season wearing a soft peach Anamika Khanna number. Contemporary version of the draped saree is Anamika’s forte and Shilpa donned the piece with utmost delicacy and sophistication taking her look for the Super Dancer episode to all new highs. Stylist Sanjana Batra added just the right bling with accessory pieces from Aurelle by Leshna Shah and Argentum Jewels. We heart that unconventional bun that completed Mrs. Kundra’s look.
Mrs. Kundra looked like a midsummer night dream, draped in an off-shoulder gown from Zaraumrigar. With an envious slit and all that metallic shimmer and shine the lady resembles a beautiful star lit sky. With Sanajana Batra at the helm of this look, Aurelle by Leshna Shah rings, Farah Khan earrings and Aldo heels summed up Shilpa’s gorgeousness for a yet another episode of Super Dancer.
In Anupama Dayal
Shilpa along with stylist Sanjana Batra, gave us chic boho vibes in a skirt and top set from Anupama Dayal. The multi-colour striped blouse paired with the butterfly motifs revived our festive goals. The feather earrings from Deepa Gurnani along with an Amrapali cuff sealed this colourful look.
In Amit Aggarwal
Crisp and curvaceous in a draped gown, Shilpa made a definite statement wearing Amit Aggarwal. The sequinned bodice did complete justice to the lady’s perfect curves and tall slender figurine. In shades inspired by the peacock and Minerali earrings, stylist Sanjana yet again proved her talent as a stylist.
In Nikhil Thampi
Shilpa manned up the metallic way in a golden pant suit from the house of the master himself, Nikhil Thampi. Suit Up with a bling overdose was balanced right with muted accessories by Sanajana Batra. Atelier Mon choker, Ritika Sachdeva rings and black gladiator heels. The highlight element of this dress up was undoubtedly the belt with a trail, clinched at the waist.
In Roshni Chopra
For the taping of the Super Dancer, Shilpa Shetty awed us in a draped blue and black number from Roshni Chopra. The black blouse accentuated with lace patch work was the showstopper element of this look. Silver arm cuff and hand cuff from H&M and Amrapali. The fish braid added an exceptional touch completing this fabulous look.
In Riddhi Mehra
Shillpa Shetty rocked a wine and magenta ensemble from the house of Riddhi Mehra with much elegance for the Super Dancer show. We have to give it to couturier Riddhi Mehra for pairing bell sleeves with flared bottoms. Golden earrings from Valliyan and Prerto bracelets added onto the retro vibe of this look. Stylist Sanjana Batra deserves a special mention for putting together this one.
In Masaba Gupta
For the launch of the Super Dancer show, Shilpa gave us our first eye candy look wearing separates from Masaba Gupta. The white off-shoulder paired with a bright pink draped skirt looked phenomenal. The gold foil print across the ensemble added all the needed glam and shine to this outfit. Stylist Sanjana Batra styled up this unconventional look with jewellery pieces from Amrapali and Aquamarine.
After seeing her exclusive Super dancer look book, we can only reiterate her own lines, “Super se bhi Ooper”.
