Workout Plan

Working out/ exercising is one of the most important things on her list.

After the birth of her son, Amber had to lose weight to get back into her original glam avtar. And so she hired celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, to help her achieve her objective.

Under Jenkins’ supervision, Amber Rose got into doing diverse workouts such as kickboxing, power yoga, jogging with sprint intervals etc. Her workouts lasted one and half hour on a daily basis.

Diet Plan

Amber Rose has tried many a fad diet and diet pills to lose weight. But according to her it’s not the most efficient way to go about it.

This diet plan of Amber has made her lose 13 lbs. Highlights of this plan –

  • Eating around 1500-1800 calories a day. Amber uses her My FitnessPal app on her iPhone to keep a track of EVERYTHING that she eats or drinks (food and water both). She also makes a point to find out what her BMR rate is.
  • Amber occasionally has a diet Coke but she tries to keep her liquid intake to water, tea and coffee.
  • She cuts back on eating out and drinking alcohol
  • Carbs are one thing Amber avoids as much as possible

Says Amber “Whether it is with the scale, measurements, pictures or a combination of all three, it is so crucial to track how far you have come. This has been my biggest source of motivation during my weight loss journey and I feel as though it is the same for many others.
