Diy Five Amazing Skin Brightening Treatments For Hands
Take a look at the five easy weasy brightening hand treatments straight from your kitchen. Use them to the max and care for those hands too, which have been burned and tanned.
1. Lemon And Sugar
We would ask you to care for the skin on your hands and much as you would for the skin on the face and the neck. Here we need a cup of milk, sugar and a large sliced lemon. Get a loofah to help scrub the hands too. Begin with generously washing the hands with milk, which has malic acid in it that helps cleanse and moisturize the tired skin. Do this for ten minutes and then take the lemon slice and dab a little sugar onto its fleshy part. Gently massage the skin on the hands for ten minutes with the lemon-sugar concoction and wait for half an hour or until the skin dries up. Wash of under cold water and use loofah while doing so, to help eliminate dead skin cells. This should be done twice a week after you come back home each day.
2. Rice Milk To The Rescue
Take a cup of freshly made rice milk (blend a cup of wet rice in a blender with quart cup water) and apply it generously all over the skin on your hands and at the back of the palm. While doing so, gently use circular motions to massage the skin. This allows the skin to get rid of dead cells while the silicon oil found in rice would help moisturize and lighten the skin texture too. Wash off after half an hour and pat dry. This is one of the easiest skin brightening treatments which should be done thrice a week at home.
3. Honey, Lemon And Baking Soda
Your hands are tired and depleted of nourishment and hydration, which is why we would need a cup of lemon juice, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of baking soda to help make the skin look lively again. Mix the three with a spoon in a large bowl and gently rub the hands with the same for ten minutes, until you feel the potion has soaked into the skin pretty well. Repeat if you want, and allow more hydration enter the skin while the baking soda granules removes dead skin cells and the vitamin C in lime helps naturally bleach the skin. Wash off and pat dry- do this thrice a week.

The silicon oil in rice and the antioxidants found in haldi and tomatoes can help whiten the hands in less than ten minutes, if done daily. You would need a cup of rice flour, a tablespoon of tomato paste and a pinch of haldi. Mix them well and apply it as a skin cream all over the hands, and wait for ten minutes. When dry, wash the hands off and pat dry. Your hands would be rid of dead skin cells since exfoliation happens and the tomato with lycopene in it helps naturally bleach the skin with this skin brightening treatment.
