To do this yogasana, first sit on your folded knees and heels on the ground. Now make your forehead touch the ground. Move your torso area closer to your thighs and start to breathe out. Put your hands on your torso sides with palms facing upwards. Stay in this pose for 30 seconds and then relax.

2. Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Hand to Big Toe Pose)
