A fitness freak that she is, Samantha never misses out on her training sessions. Stay strong is her priority, not just look good. Even if she has an early morning shoot, Samantha goes as early as 5 am to the gym as she doesn’t want to compromise on her workout.
OK coming down to the basics, Samantha Prabhu workout oscillates between two things – cardio exercise and weight training.
Her workout video clip, where she can be seen lifting enormous amount of weights, was shared by Prabhu’s coach Kunal Gir on FB on February 8, 2016.

You know what ‘silambam’ is? It’s a weapon-based martial art which originated in Tamil Nadu. Samantha also practises it to remain fit and defend herself.
According to her previous trainer, Dhaya Rajesh, the film star takes time out to exercise in between her busy schedule (whenever possible). Weights section is what she stresses on most (so that she can sweat out the most, in the process get her body detoxified and in good shape).
