OMG! The French film festival just kicked off yesterday, and I can’t even breathe after looking at all those breathtaking gowns at the red carpet. I was like, were you ladies just waiting for the Cannes bell to ring? They all looked so ravishing, for a moment I found myself wondering – Are they even real? There was not a single appearance I could find a flaw in. And I am not even kidding, you guys, just scroll down and have a look yourself.
Jessica Chastain
The protagonist of Miss Julie was all bright in her sunny Armani Privé gown at the red carpet. The number featured an elegantly draped bodice added with a train. The glistening collar necklace that she rocked at the very opening ceremony and the premiere Café Society was the best show starter ever.
Blake Lively
Can this woman ever go wrong, even for the sake of humanity? She was too perfect in the glittering rose gold gown by Atelier Versace. Adorned with swaths of beading and sequin work that embellished trained gown, the Gossip Girl actress cascaded Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, at the gala opening night and Café Society premiere.
Kristen Stewart
She could have fallen in love with Vampires, but we are totally in love with her for rocking this sheer black shirt which cleverly hid her babies (okay, you know what I mean) with opaque panels. And can we just talk about that tea-length skirt detailed with ivory blooms. The two piece was by Chanel which the actress paired up with Christian Louboutin heels.
Anna Kendrick
Oh my god, can someone get me some shades, I got the sun in my eyes.. oh wait…it’s just Anna’s dress. The body-skimming Stella McCartney gown in bright marigold that was sewed with a structured bodice was accessories with a sparkling pendant.

Victoria Beckham
She has been defying time like since forever and we knew it all the more when she showed up at the Café Society premiere in one of her own designs. The bustier detailed with a white piping and a buttoned down front was paired with high-waist matching pants. The cuff bracelets by Chopard High Jewelry rested at her delicate arm and the platform heels went smoothly with the attire.

Julianne Moore
I will never get tired of ogling at this beauty that gets better with the years passing by. As usual Julianne was drop dead gorgeous in a black-and-hunter-green Givenchy Haute Couture gown displaying two embroidered cobras entangled throughout the sheer dress with heads resting on her décolletage. Don’t miss to check out the emerald earrings by Chopard and Green Carpet Collection’s sparkling rings.
Eva Longoria
The Desperate Housewives fame diva made an appearance in a Pamella Roland gown owning a sheer-beaded bodice. The white mermaid-hem of the skirt flattered her body which also gained some spark from the Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

Naomi Watts
Let me begin with describing the multicolored stunning necklace Diana star rocked at the red carpet. And yes, I haven’t forgotten the tiered lavender number by Armani Privé sparkling with appliqués all over.
Kristen Stewart
The actress made a second show, equally stunning at the Café Society photocall. She paired a tweed pencil skirt by Chanel with a cropped tee by the designer. She also flased some jewelry by the brand and completed the look with some graffiti-print black-and-white heels by Christian Louboutin.
Blake Lively
Blake’s second appearance was in a spaghetti-strap jumpsuit in scarlet that boasted an intricate crossover train and scarf that matched too. An elusive gold Jennifer Meyer necklace rounded up the look.
Kirsten Dunst
She was seen in a Dior Haute Couture. The lemon-meringue shirtdress was accentuated with a gold belt that perfectly matched her Salvatore Ferragamo wedges. Not to mention those French Riviera-red lip that owned tha Cannes jury photocall.

Charlize Theron
Another show in a Dior Haute Couture sheath was of Charlize’s who awed us with a sculptural detail in her embroidered silk bodice. The adequate jewelry and other accessories completed the look seamlessly.
Vanessa Paradis
In the ocean of shimmering gowns Vanessa stood out in her menswear-inspired wardrobe. The monochrome outfit combined with a Chanel jacket was a sight to see and her pink nails made up for the lack of hue.
Bella Hadid
If we can stop talking about Gigi Hadid for a while, we will talk about how elegant lil sister Bela was in her white Dior dress added with accessories from the line at the Chateau de La Colle Noire Celebration.
So many faces and so much glamour, yet not any one to miss. I am looking forward to what Aishwarya Rai picks for her special appearance. I will keep up updated though.
