The Ambanis, Mukesh and Nita Ambani along with Karan Johar and parliamentarian, Milind Deora, threw a lavish party in honor of the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan. The mayor is on a tour to India and Pakistan and on meeting the Bollywood biggies and Cricket legend, Sachin Tendulkar, he quoted on having a splendid time.
Besides being glad to have sent out a loud and clear message that #LondonIsOpen for talent, ideas, and creativity, the Mayor of London, Mr. Sadiq Khan was also pleased to have spent quality time in the presence of business and creativity industry leaders.
Now, moving onto the fashion angle of the evening, we were dumbstruck with the vivid and striking choices of our B-town favorites. Check it out-
The hostess, Nita Ambani chose to do a western chic theme for the celebrations in a white crisp top over knee-high slit culottes in black. Love the school girl style shoes that looked classy and chic alongside her outfit. With silver toned earrings, soft hair swirling into lovely curls, she looked A-class.
Looks like Neha Dhupia stepped into the party right from Star Screen Awards 2017. In the same black Mark Bumgarner gown, Neha Dhupia was spotted having a gala time with her film fraternity at Ambani’s bash.
While most of the B-town chose to do western style, Katrina Kaif surprised us with the lovely ethnic avatar. She picked a cream colored floral sari by Tarun Tahiliani for the lovely evening and was surely a feast to the onlookers. With her hair soft, straight like always, she finished out her look flawlessly.
Alia Bhatt was all bling-bling at the Ambani bash. She picked a multicolored brilliant Zara outfit and like always skipped the accessories game. Coupling her style with ankle strap heels, quirky clutch and sleek pony, she was lively and catchy.
The entrepreneur and fashion queen, Natasha Poonawalla did an awesome LBD style for the Ambani’s party. She donned a black Yves Saint Laurent dress with red strap heels for the evening. Neutral makeup, high crowned ponytail, she looked spectacular.
Unlike other divas, Karisma Kapoor did a fancy yet formal style in a Burberry blouse and suit. A Gucci clutch was her only choice of accessory and it definitely added class to her smart bossy style. Mid-parted straight hairdo, coral matte finish lips finished out her style wonderfully.
Wearing a black velvet outfit with subtle floral embroidery, Farah Khan impressed us with her grandeur and grace. It was a blackout style for the diva with black clutch and sandals.
Shweta Bachchan Nanda was in attendance at the event alongside her father, Amitabh Bachchan. In a red floral gown, she looked casual yet gorgeous.
Juhi Chawla chose to go ethnic with her style in a blazing red salwar suit. With her signature hairdo, metallic heels and traditional looking jewelry, she rounded off her mesmerizing style.
Doing a black and white style like most of the other B-town divas was Anjali Tendulkar. Wearing a white floral top with black denim, handbag, and heels, she was surely sweet and adorable.
Like most of the divas, Sophie Choudry was spotted waving at the paparazzi in a white crisp shirt and high-waist pants. Bejeweled heels, a black sling bag, and sleek hairdo finished out her fancy style.
Also spotted at the party was Sridevi,, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Mini Mathur.
