We are no exception, and the beauty has swayed us off our feet at many occasions with her personal style.
After a long wait, India finally appeared on the travel list of The Duke and Duchess, who kicked off their 6 day tour of India and Nepal yesterday, from the Fashion Capital of India, Mumbai.
The Tour Agenda of the Royals includes a list of invites to prestigious events hosted by Indian dignitaries and the Duchess is already wooing us with her India Tour Wardrobe.
The Lady touched down India wearing a bespoke piece from the house of Alexander McQueen. The red silhouette landscaped with intricate India inspired prints in jewel tones looked ravishing. The royal couple received a warm welcome at their India abode, The Taj Mahal Palace. Kate completed her first look of her tour de India with a curvy clutch from Russell and Bromley, nude leather peep toes from LK Bennett and Cassandra Goad earrings.
Kate replaced her Red dress with a printed tunic from the Indian Designer label, Anita Dongre while proceeding to meet underprivileged children at the Oval Stadium. The summery tunic flaunted Mughal motifs in pastels which looked fresh and radiant on the Highness. Kate gave us some sporty moves whilst playing cricket and football at the Oval. Ms. Middleton kept it casual rounding up her day look with a pair of black wayfarers, nude wedges and open tresses.
The evening at the Fashion Capital was bookmarked for Bollywood. B-Town rolled out a red carpet to welcome The Prince and The Princess to a charity gala dinner inviting the who’s who from the tinsel town. The Royal opted for a royal blue Jenny Packham embellished gown to attend the star studded dinner. She accessorized her look with double drop blue earring from the Indian brand Amrapali. With a flawless face and her tresses neatly done up in a bun, Kate played glam with finesse.
With Day one ending like this, the 6 day tour looks promising and we can’t wait to see more from the The Duchess during her Royal Visit to India.
