The Vogue India Fashion Fund is today one of the most popular platforms for the aspiring designers who seek to learn the fashion industry mechanics.
The property today, in its fourth edition, was launched in 2014 by Conde Nast India. Based on the model of its U.S counterpart, the India leg aims to provide for all the required guidance and financial boost to the most promising talents who have the ability to push the boundaries and take the Indian Fashion industry to greater heights.
Like the previous editions, this year too saw an exciting line up of 25 designers who were shortlisted for the first round in June. Their design inspiration, strategies and caliber was put through rigorous examination by a power packed jury that boasted of industry heavyweights like Sunil Sethi, president FDCI, Alka Nishar of Aza, Tina Tahiliani of Ensemble, designers Gaurav Gupta and Anita Dongre, fashion entrepreneur Pernia Qureshi, Kunal Dass of Van Heusen, Vogue Indias editor Priya Tanna, fashion director Anaita Shroff Adajania, fashion features director Bandana Tewari and marketing director Oona Dhabar.
To declare that one designer on whom the industry will place their trust for a rewarding and even more glamorous fashion future, the applicants were screened through three rounds of extensive judging by the esteemed panel.

The D-Day was finally here with The Finale Of The Vogue India Fashion Fund, 2016 taking place in the city of dreams on the 29th of November.
The label, which inspired and impressed the jury with their vision and irresistible designing plus styling package, and eventually ended up winning the coveted title, was the dynamic duo from Huemn, Pranav Misra and Shyma Shetty.
