Always go for brands that come with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15, and can go on till an SPF of 50 or higher, as they are designed to protect your skin against both UVA and UVB rays. Always make sure to reapply your sunscreen at least twice a day, especially if you are spending most of your time outdoor.

Add foods that are laden with antioxidant properties

Antioxidants are the best weapon that can be used against aging. So, you should add foods loaded with anti-oxidant beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, and other age-fighting antioxidants to your diet.


Try eating lots of leafy green vegetables (such as spinach, kale and brussels sprouts), fruits (especially berries), and vegetables such as carrots, red pepper and beets.

  3. Lemon juice – Here is another great natural exfoliating agent because of its high citric acid content. Lemon for skin also acts as a natural bleaching agent thereby help remove spots from face and other discoloration.
  4. Raw fruits – Fruits such as papaya pulp and pineapple consist of enzymes that boost skin exfoliation when used over time. Just apply the paste 2-3 times in a week for best results.
