Top 3 Fashion Blunders by Bollywood Divas
Mae West had once said, “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.” Having said that Bollywood is a religion in India and that makes our actresses demigoddess if nothing but for the fashion fads created by them. This post will reveal you top 3 fashion blunders by Bollywood divas which have certainly made them pay a hefty price.

Let’s find out how!

Remember a couple of years back how SRK and Saif Ali Khan had literally made fun of Vidya Balan at Filmfare Awards show following her fashion disasters? While we blindly believe their fashion statements and ensure adopting their styles in order to justify our love for them, we also do not forgive them for the fashion blunders they commit, especially on-screen. Believe it or not, their movies en masse suffer; blame the poor script, music or pathetic fashion statements made by those actresses.

While there are instances when whatever they wore had become a rage whether it’s on screen or off screen; there have also been some low points which I’m sure they would simply like to delete from their career.

Because of poor fashion choices made by the actresses and their designers, they have gone horribly wrong on screen, whilst their reputation getting tarnished because of their sickening wardrobe selection, overdone accessories to awful makeups and hairdos. To summarize, our Bollywood divas have only ended up creating bad style statements, which are certainly among one of their biggest mistakes of their lives.

Let’s have a quick sneak peek into the top 3 fashion blunders by Bollywood divas!

#1 Parineeti Chopra in Kill/Dill

I was quite disappointed by the way Parineeti was styled in this movie. Not a single outfit that she wore could I resist. While she has definitely put on some extra kilos, the outfit choices revealed her flaw areas more clearly, thereby making her look nothing but a fashion disaster. Her dresses could be of no help in hiding her curves, even if her designer had tried diverting the public’s attention to her décolletage section, which only added to the disaster. Probably, her fashion blunder was one of the reasons why movie misfired at the box office.

#2 Deepika Padukone in Chandni Chowk to China

Right from her movie to its promotion, Deepika’s every style was a fashion faux pass. Hard to believe it right? Well, even goddesses of fashion make mistakes. In one of my previous posts I had talked about the same. Here is a quick reminder –

In her initial years, Deeps was more lauded for her sculpted looks than for her style sensibilities. She has gone through some embarrassing moments of fashion disasters just like other actresses in their initial years. Remember her tulle and fur which she had paired with a floor-length embellished sheer gown in pink, for the premiere of Chandni Chowk to China in 2009? The girl was smart enough to learn from her mistakes and 2 years later she was on her own, picking appropriate silhouettes that screamed only edgy trends, paired with balanced accessories and makeup, making her look poised and elegant.|

#3 Priyanka Chopra in Krrish

Strangely, the actress who is India’s first face to endorse Guess, has had her share of fashion blunders too! Now that’s irony! The girl, who is now an inspiration for millions of girls out there, has eventually learnt from her mistakes. It’s rather not her fault but for her fashion designer, who couldn’t judge a superhero’s on screen girlfriend. Right from her outfits to accessories and footwear, everything seemed to have been straightaway picked from a flea market. Perhaps, Krrish is the movie that gave us PeeCee’s worst styling ever.
