1. Milk and Honey
- 1 Large Bowl Of Milk
- 2 Cups Of Honey
- Soft Cotton Cloth
Mix the milk and honey and keep the potion in the fridge until it gets cold. An hour before your bath, take a clean cotton cloth and immerse it into the potion. Use the cloth to wipe every inch of your body. Sponge yourself from head to toe. Do not forget the hair.
Keep the potion on your body for five minutes or ten, and then gently pour cold water over your body. The final rinse should be with rose water, which helps remove the milk odor from the body.

2. Milk And Mint
- 1 Cup Paste Of Mint Leaves
- 1 Large Bowl Of Milk
- Soft Cotton Cloth
Mix the milk and mint very well and let it sit in a fridge for an hour, until it gets nice and cold. Take a clean cotton cloth and dip it into the potion, so as to absorb the milk and mint. Wipe the cloth all over your body and gently massage each area to allow the skin absorb the goodness of mint and milk. Do this for as long as you feel nice and comfortable, and wash off the potion later (ten minutes) under cold running water.
3. Milk And Berries
Add a little more oomph to the milk bath recipe and this time with the paste of berries.
- 2 Cups Assorted Berries
- 1 Large Bowl Milk

Blend the berries and milk in a mixer until the colour of the milk changes to the hue of the berries added. Keep the mixture in the fridge for an hour to set and get all nice and cold. Take a clean cotton cloth and submerge the same into the potion. Wipe every inch of your body with the potion, gently massaging your power points and zones. This regime allows blood circulation to happen in full force. Wash of the potion after ten minutes under cold running water. Pat dry and relax.
4. Milk And Rose Petals
Cleopatra loved this milk bath recipe or regime and you too would love it as well. Get a bag full of fresh and clean rose petals, and sprinkle them in a bucket full of milk. Immerse your feet into the milk first. Now, gently use a loofah to exfoliate the regions of the feet, the legs, the ankles and the soles. In another bucket and with the same ingredients, submerge a clean cotton cloth. Wipe the whole body with the cloth, especially your face and hands. Gently massage yourself with the rose and milk combo, and wash it off in ten minutes with cold water. Pat dry and relax.
5. Milk and Egg
- 2 Egg Whites
- Bowl of Milk
- Rose Water
Two egg whites and a bowl of milk can help rejuvenate the skin. Mix the two and add a dash of honey or rose water to avoid the smell of an egg later on. Submerge into this potion, a clean cotton cloth, and wipe the whole body with it. Wash off with cold water thereafter!
