Pour buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and minced garlic into your food processor bowl. Process for about 5 seconds until it becomes smooth. Add the cheese and blend it. See to it that the cheese remains chunky. Pour it into an attractive serving bowl. If the sauce looks too thin, stir in the optional sour cream to get the required taste. Then stir in the parsley. Now it’s time to cover the preparation with plastic wrap for refrigeration for an hour at least. The refrigerated sauce will last you for up to 5 days.
