Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera since time immemorial has been used as a miracle antiseptic and holistic way to treat various skin issues, inside out. The consumption of aloe vera gel can help boost the workings of the digestive system and increase metabolism in the body too. Externally used, aloe vera would be the best antiseptic the skin can have, and in addition to that, aloe vera gel helps defeat inflammation caused by backne, swelling is controlled and the redness too would be bygones in a month’s time. A tablespoon of olive oil dabbed onto the palms and massaged gently helps with blood circulation, reduces swelling and inflammation too- keeps the skin moisturized and soft, while taking care not to pinch the backne and diminishes scars overtime as well. Apart from being a good catalyst helping us lose weight and as a natural sweetener to our beverages too, honey with its medicinal and antibiotic properties can help treat backne too. Massage a teaspoon of honey onto the affected zones, and get all the impurities out of the skin’s surface. It would get sticky when left for a while (possibly five minutes), but the antibacterial and antibiotic properties would be absorbed by the skin as well. Rinse off the area with cold water and pat dry. Do this every day and watch how the back glows with joy.

Take two tablespoons of oatmeal and one tablespoon of water. Mix the two well into a paste, and apply the thick concoction on the affected zone. Keep it on for a good twenty minutes and gently exfoliate the area with a loofah or a soft sponge under running cold water. Dilute 10 drops to a half a litre of water or to five drops of another essential oil (almond or olive) and then massage the back with the concoction.
